To be considered for our graduate training programme, you should have

  • Honours degree/post graduate qualifications

Application and interview process:

  • Applications for graduate intake 2020-21 should be submitted to us by Nov/Dec 2019.
  • Successful candidates will be notified by Jan 2020 that they are being taken forward to interview and selection stages.
  • Interview – 1st stage: One to one interview with our HR manager will take place between  Jan 2020-Feb 2020.
  • Interview – 2nd stage: Business interview with two Martin Aitken & Co Directors in Mar/April 2020.
  • Offers will be made May 2020
  • Performance and feedback assessment will be provided May/June 2020
  • Start date: September 2020
