Jim, an Associate at Martin Aitken & Co, has accumulated over 30 years of experience in providing assistance and guidance to SME clients and private individuals on their business, accounting, and taxation matters.

His role has involved aiding clients from various sectors in preparing their annual accounts, VAT and tax returns. Jim has also contributed to strategic initiatives, such as preparing business plans to support financing for business acquisitions and refinancing existing operations.

Beyond his professional commitments, Jim holds an officer position in the Boys’ Brigade, having served the movement in Bishopbriggs for many years and currently in the Robroyston district of Glasgow.
