Emma became part of our HR team in April 2024. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, awarded with honours in 2021, and a CIPD qualification up to level 3, she brings a solid foundation to her role. Over the past two years, Emma has honed her skills in HR, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and policy development.

Passionate about fostering a supportive and positive work environment, Emma strives to make coming to work an enjoyable experience for all employees.

Beyond the office, you’ll likely catch her on a Saturday morning, going for iced coffee before hitting the gym or embarking on a scenic walk with friends.
