Audit & Accounts Manager
Experienced within a busy accountancy firm. Worked closely with clients across multiple sectors?

We are looking for an Audit & Accounts Manager who wants to join one of Scotland’s leading firms of chartered accountants and financial advisers.
If you’re looking to take the next step in your career, then you’ll be joining an excellent accounts and audit team based in Glasgow, as their A&A Manager, playing a vital part with wide ranging clients from small start-up businesses to significantly sized groups across a range of sectors.

Requirements
If you can:
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the full audit cycle; planning, fieldwork, and completion
- Prepare and review year-end statutory accounts, with an understanding of FRS 102
- Supervise and coach a team across both audit and account functions
- Build lasting client relationships
- Research and identify client accountancy issues; with the ability to hold meaningful conversations with clients and colleagues to the rules and regulations of doing business in the UK
And be:
- CAS or ACCA qualified
- Knowledgeable of WIP and fee targets
- Highly proficient in competing audit cycles with solid experience of preparing accounts under FRS102
- Forward thinking with a drive for continuous improvement
- A leader that takes pride in developing a team
- Keen for progression
