We'll review your outbound payments and current supplier contracts and arrangements to see if any improvements can be made and we'll help you to develop a strategy to accelerate incoming payments.
Strategy & Communication
We adopt a two stage approach: (1) Review the current situation and develop a new short term cashflow plan. (2) Devise a sustainable cashflow strategy to make sure you stay on track.
Once the strategy has been developed, we'll help you to create and implement a communications plan so that everyone in the business, the bank and other investors get on side and support your vision and strategy.
Our role will be to help you to determine the cost saving opportunities in the business in the short, medium and longer term and to identify any underperforming assets.
