We seek a self-motivated, commercially savvy individual with a proactive attitude.

This role involves delivering administrative and technically advanced support to advisers and senior managers while ensuring clients receive a positive and professional experience throughout their journey.

Requirements

Who are we looking for? 

  • Must have at least 2 years of Financial Services experience
  • Experience on several provider platforms
  • Experience with Intelligent Office is essential.

What does a day look like?

  • Working closely with the Advisers and Para-Planners within the Financial Services Team
  • Preparing Valuation Reports and packs for annual review meetings
  • Processing Fund Switches, Withdrawals and New Business
  • Distributing Mail daily
  • Collating plan/policy information from Providers
  • Dealing with queries from our Tax Department on client’s investments/pensions etc
  • Income and Fees Reconciliation
