A newly created role in the firm, as our HR Assistant you'll directly collaborate with our HR Advisor, actively contributing to the development, offering comprehensive delivery to key stakeholders and the wider business and shaping of the HR function.
You’ll play a key role in supporting HR strategies, handling recruitment, employee life cycle, learning & development, and engaging in project work.

Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years experience in an HR setting or similar role
- Willingness to learn
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, self-motivated and hard working
- Able to work at pace and prioritise when required
What does a day look like?
- Recruitment support including onboarding processes
- Supporting HR Advisor with employee relations casework eg. Note taking when required
- Learning & Development
- General HR Administration duties
- Supporting HR Advisor with project work and business initiatives
