The franchising sector is by definition extremely varied in size, type of business and level of complexity. New franchisees are starting a business but have the benefit of a proven system, management assistance and a model attractive to lenders due to the level of perceived risk.

We have been acting for various franchisees since the mid 1990s and are, therefore, very experienced in advising on the accounting and tax issues of the franchise agreement, the business structure and liaising with lenders, including lessors and franchisors.

We offer a bespoke bookkeeping and payroll service to allow the franchisee to concentrate on the business, in the knowledge that financial and management reporting to the franchisor and any funders is taken care of.
